Acceptance of Terms

Using the Application signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. If you continue using the Application after updated Terms are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

License Grant

Kahf grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Obligations

• Refrain from copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application.
• Respect all intellectual property rights in the Application and third-party content.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Application to distribute illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
• Circumvent or interfere with security features or network infrastructure.
• Employ automated scripts, crawlers, or bots to access the Application or its servers.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code via the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kahf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Application, even if Kahf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kahf, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Application.

Termination

Kahf may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Kahf reasonably believes violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or Kahf.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kahf regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
