How to Download and Install

This guide shows you how to download and install Kahf Browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. After installing, continue with the First-Time Setup Guide.

1. Before you start

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
• Check that your device has enough free storage space for the download and installation.
• Close other browsers or apps if your device is low on memory.

For supported platforms and minimum specs, see System Requirements.

2. Download links

Use the official links below to download Kahf Browser for your platform, or visit the main Download section.

• Windows – download from the button on the Download page (Windows section).
• macOS (Intel) – download the Intel .dmg shown on the Download page (macOS Intel).
• macOS (M Series) – download the Apple Silicon .dmg on the same Download page (macOS M Series).
• Android – Kahf Browser on Google Play.
• iOS – Kahf Halal Browser on the App Store.

3. Install on Windows

1. Go to the Download section and click the Windows download button.
2. Open the downloaded .exe file from your browser or the Downloads folder.
3. If Windows shows a security prompt, click Run or Yes to continue.
4. Follow the steps in the setup wizard and click Install.
5. When installation finishes, click Finish and launch Kahf Browser from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

4. Install on macOS (Intel and M Series)

1. Go to the Download section and choose either macOS (Intel) or macOS (M Series) depending on your Mac.
2. Download the .dmg file and open it.
3. Drag the Kahf Browser icon into the Applications folder.
4. Eject the installer disk image.
5. Open Kahf Browser from Applications or Launchpad.

If macOS blocks the app, follow the guidance in Kahf Browser Not Opening.

5. Install on Android

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for “Kahf Browser” or open this link.
3. Tap Install.
4. When installation completes, tap Open.

6. Install on iOS

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for “Kahf Halal Browser” or open this link.
3. Tap Get, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
4. After installation, tap Open.

7. After installation

Once Kahf Browser is installed:

• Open the app and follow the First-Time Setup Guide to configure language, privacy, and appearance.
• (Recommended) Set Kahf as your default browser using Set Kahf as Default Browser.
